These Terms of Use govern your use of the Widget Software Group website (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. About the Site

The Widget Software Group (“WSG”, “we”) is an independent community that showcases software created by Delta Air Lines pilots. WSG is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Delta Air Lines, Inc. or the Air Line Pilots Association. “Delta” and related marks belong to Delta Air Lines, Inc. and are used here only to describe our members.

2. Listed software

Properties listed on the Site are independent products of their creators. WSG does not develop, test, certify, or warrant any listed software, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a creator. Listed software is not an official operational tool. Always rely on official company publications and procedures.

3. Membership

  • Membership is limited to current and retired Delta Air Lines pilots and is granted at the sole discretion of WSG admins.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • Members must display the WSG badge, linked to the Site, on their website within 30 days of approval, as described in the badge guide. Members who do not comply will have their listings hidden until they do.
  • We may suspend or remove any member or listing at any time, including for violations of the Community Guidelines.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (text, images, logos, and links). You grant WSG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce that content on the Site and in WSG communications, such as the newsletter, for the purpose of promoting your work and the group. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or disclose confidential or proprietary company information.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, including by attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfering with its operation, scraping it in bulk, or using it to send spam.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WSG and its volunteers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or of any listed software.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
