What we collect

• Newsletter subscribers: your email address and the dates you subscribed, confirmed, or unsubscribed.
• Membership applicants: your name, email, Delta employee number, seat, fleet, base, and the details you provide about your software.
• Members: the profile, links, images, and property information you choose to publish, plus the URL of your badge page.
• Contact form: your name, email, and message.
• Technical data: a session cookie when you log in and a security (CSRF) cookie when you submit forms. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To verify membership applications. Your employee number is visible only to WSG admins and is never published.
• To display the public profile and listings that members choose to publish.
• To send the newsletter to people who have confirmed their subscription.
• To send account emails (approval, password resets, and badge reminders) and to respond to messages.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the Site (such as hosting and email delivery) or when required by law.

Your choices

• Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Members can edit or delete their profile content and properties at any time from the dashboard.
• To access, correct, or delete your data, contact us.

Retention

Rejected applications are deleted periodically. Member data is kept while you're a member and removed on request.
