Frequently asked questions
Who can join? +
Current and retired Delta Air Lines pilots who have built, or are building, software: apps, websites, browser extensions, desktop tools, and so on. Your software doesn't need to be aviation related.
How are applications reviewed? +
An admin verifies that you're a Delta pilot using the details you provide. Your employee number is used only for verification and is never displayed. You'll receive an email once your application is approved.
Does it cost anything? +
No. Membership and listings are free.
What is the WSG badge requirement? +
Within 30 days of approval, members must add the WSG badge, linked to this site, to their website. If it isn't verified by then, your listings are hidden (not deleted) until it is. See the badge guide.
What's the difference between “pilot tools” and “for everyone”? +
Pilot tools are made specifically for Delta pilots. “For everyone” properties are made by Delta pilots for any audience. You choose the audience when you list a property.
Are these apps approved by Delta? +
No. WSG is independent and is not affiliated with Delta Air Lines or ALPA. Listed properties are independent products, not official company tools. Always rely on official sources for operational information.
How many properties can I list? +
As many as you've built. Each gets its own page with a description, screenshots, and website, store, and social links.
How do I leave or delete my data? +
You can delete properties from your dashboard at any time. To close your account entirely, contact us and we'll remove your profile.
